Responsibilities

Understanding and considering business and technical engineering/IT must ensure quality digital products and related operational workflows to meet/exceed the desired business.
Using data and process modeling tools (including, but not limited to, process mapping, activity diagrams, and dataflow modeling) to analyze and translate business requirements into meaningful statements of work that are acceptable to both business and technology.
Translating business requirements into functional, non-functional, and technical requirements to include business processes, workflow diagrams, and use cases, along with requirements of user experience, system access, security, mobility, data integration, UI integration, data entry, and reporting.
Participating in the design of the system and application.

Requirement

3 – 5 years of experience working as an IT Business Analyst.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a similar field.
Excellent English skills in writing, reading, and speaking.
Very good knowledge and experience with the Software development cycle from start to finish.
Ability to draw process model diagrams.
Superior ability to translate business requirements into functional, non-functional, and technical
Solid presentation, communication, and technical writing skills, with the ability to convey simple and complex information to technical and non-technical audiences at any
Solid analytical, system thinking, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
